Dixie's litter of poodle puppies

Dixie, the Dam:

Dixie is the daughter of Windy. She has similar color, a faded black (some call this blue). She is a small miniature with long legs. She loves water, and will run across her pen to jump into the wash tub I have for her in the summer. She got her love of water from her mother. I have not taken a photo of her yet, and now she need grooming again. This is her first litter, but she is proving to be a good mother. I can not complain about six puppies.

Fitz, the Sire:

Fritz is a small (toy) chocolate parti poodle with lots of spunk. His parti markings have faded to almost tan. He is full of personality and takes his job of sire very seriously. He produces small puppies.

Cash: <- click picture		Cash is one of three parti poodles in Dixie's litter. He looks like a black and white parti poodle, but will turn silver with age. Silver parti poodles are very attractive as they do not have as much contrast in colors. Cash is well marked with a black head and sadle markings. He will grow to be a large toy or a small miniature . Pictures are at 51/2 weeks. CKC registered.

	Streisand: <- click picture	Streisand is a beautiful silver and white parti poodle. You can see the silver coming in her face. I am partial to this color combination as I think it is more attractive than the normal black and white. She is one of the three parti poodles in Dixie's litter. She is well marked with color. She will grow to be a large toy or a small miniature. CKC registered.

Joplin: <- click picture		Joplin is a black and white brindle puppy. She is one of three girls in Dixie's litter. Her hair is a mixture of black, browns and silvers. He will grow to be a large toy or a small miniature . Pictures are at 51/2 weeks. CKC registered.

Guthrie: <- click picture		Guthrie is a most unusual puppy. He is a brindle parti. Remember, that a parti can be any color with a white background. His color is a mix of black, browns and silver. He is well marked with a black head and large saddle markings on his back. He is one of three boys in Dixie's litter. Pictures are at 51/2 weeks. CKC registered.

	Denver: <- click picture	Every poodle has a distinct personality, and Denver is just a sweet dog. He likes to get your lap and just cuddle. Not as active as his brother, Guthrie. Denver is all black. He has been playing in the courtyard, with Guthrie so he has 'Georgia Red Mud' stains on his feet and neck. He needs a permanent home and master. He is one of three boys in Dixie's litter. He will grow to be a small miniature poodle of about 7-8 lbs. Pictures are at 9 weeks. CKC registered.

Dixie's Poodle Puppies sired by Fitz

Dixie had six puppies May 31, 2010. As a repeat of Ebony's litter, she had three parti poodles, and three black poodles. However, things are more complicated. Two of the parti pups are silver and black, one is Brindle and black. One of the black puppies is actually brindle. three boys and three girls. The puppies will be ready about July 10, 2010. The pictures are at about 51/2 weeks. This is our first litter with Dixie, but she had no trouble getting into being a mother. As we raised Dixie, she wants to be a house dog - always trying to sneak into the main part of the house.

All puppies come with CKC puppy registration papers and health guarantee. They have had their tails docked. They are current on their de-worming (Panacure every two weeks) and will get their first vaccination when they are 6 weeks old.
