Frannie is a black and white parti poodle.  She is the smallest dog in the litter.  I am sorry the photos are so bad, but this is the worst of all situations to get a good picture.  Lighten the picture to see the face, and the whites wash out.  Get the whites right and the black dissolves into the background.
